Neben der pflegerischen Versorgung arbeiten wir eng mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie therapeutischen Fachkräften zusammen. Unser Ziel ist es, vorhandene Fähigkeiten zu erhalten, Selbstständigkeit zu fördern und ein hohes Maß an Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen.
